Terms of Service

1. The service

ScanHub is a software platform for Amazon book sellers that provides listing creation, automated repricing, and profit tracking, using data from your Amazon Seller account accessed through the Amazon Selling Partner API. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and payment

ScanHub is offered on three subscription plans, billed monthly:

• Standard, $49.99 per month. Listing, batches, labels, FBA inbound shipments, and profit, sales and inventory reporting.
• Pro, $79.99 per month. Everything in Standard, plus automated repricing for up to 5,000 listings.
• Scale, $129.99 per month. Everything in Pro, with automated repricing for up to 10,000 listings.

• New accounts receive a 14 day free trial on any plan. A valid payment method is collected when the trial starts, and is first charged when the trial ends.
• You may change plan at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged on a prorated basis. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When a downgrade removes automated repricing, repricing stops and your listings remain at the prices last set. ScanHub does not change your prices as a result of a plan change.
• After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time, including during the trial, in which case no charge is made. Cancellation of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-month refunds.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You must have a valid Amazon Seller account to use the features that depend on the Amazon Selling Partner API, and your use of Amazon data through ScanHub must comply with Amazon's applicable policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ScanHub for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Amazon's seller policies.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by circumventing rate limits or security measures.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the service in a way that risks harm to ScanHub, other users, or Amazon's systems. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

ScanHub is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee any particular sales, pricing, or profit outcome. Pricing decisions made by automated repricing rules are configured by you, and you remain responsible for the prices at which your items are listed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify active users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
